How do I wire a "Request to Exit" button with a maglock?

I have a door with a maglock I don’t know how to program a simple (no light) request to exit button.

It seems the exit button is just like wall switch in garage door application.

There is no power to the request to exit button, its basically a two wire doorbell.

I’m afraid our receiver need 12vdc power input to work.
And since it is just a two wire doorbell, it is basically same as garage door wall switch.
