What posts do I use for garage door opener nc com no…and either one of 12& 24 volt? And do I set dip switches to #1 off and #2 on ? instruction sheet isn’t much help

For power input to power up our receiver (12-24V), please use a power adapter, and connect the power wires to our receiver’s terminals (marked 12-24V ac/dc), polarity doesn’t matter.
Please first turn power off -> connect the wires steady -> turn power back on.
For connecting to garage door’s manual button terminal, please pick either relay, for example relay #1, and connect relay #1’s NO and COM terminal (one wire each), and connect to manual button.
For setting dip switches, please refer to following link to set on/off position.
The video’s 2:39 shows how to toggle dip switch position using a pen (I guess)
