Unit 202U v6 power led keeps blinking. What does that mean? I used a 16.8VDC supply compatible up to 800mA.

PWR led shouldn’t blink, it is either on or off.
Can you please try another power supply?

Which terminal for Vdc is positive and negative as it is not marked on the pcb?
Polarity doesn’t matter, choose either as positive and the other as negative.
