My unit is compatible and the unit control arrow buttons work to open and close the door. I programmed the remote according to the instructions without a problem. However the remote only opens the door but doesn’t close it.
Usually this kind of “open but not close” problem has something to do with your motor unit (the receiver part).
Because our remote only provides a trigger signal, it is up to your motor to decide whether to open or to close.
On the remote side, maybe you can try program another button, to see if it changes anything.
