all dip switched are off and I have this wired to liftmaster garage door.
When I push remote door will open. I have to push remote a second time otherwise the wall switch will not work to move the door. Once I push the remote second time I can close the door only using the wall wired switch. what do i do?

Can you check the relay status when you press remote button?
The relay should turn on then turn off, simulating you pressed wall switch then release.
Other things worth checking is the power supply, sometimes power supply can cause weird problems like this.
