Pulse width is not long enough

I have purchased a 2020U V6 to use as a garage door remote. The problem I having the receiver only puts out a 500ms pulse which is not enough time to operate the door. Are there any way to increase the pulse width to 1 second or more? I have dip switches 1 and 2 on and 3 and 4 off.

Yes, it can be changed to 1.5 seconds, see manual below.

But I think it’s better to check power supply first, sometimes not enough power supply can cause this kind of problems (relay click but door doesn’t open/close).
