New Genie Overhead - Remote not programming

Hello,

I’ve been using the L Visor 1 remotes for the past 2 years with my Liftmaster Opener. I just installed a new opener, a Genie 31550 opener and when I put it into programming mode (purple light flashes) I cannot get the remote to program to it.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
The L-visor-1 is for Liftmaster/Chamberlain openers only.
I’m afraid it doesn’t work with Genie openers.
