Is there anyway to add a function to the limit switch that instead of the breaking relay when low, It could release the remote latching/hold function?

I’m afraid not, the limit switch is just a simple one that tap into the relay control transistor.
When limit switch released, the relay will restore to previous state defined by remote control.
