Kit 2 additional remote issie

I purchased two kit-2 relays and 3 packs of additional remotes for a total of two relays and ten remotes. The product description for the additional remotes stated for kit-1 and kit-2, the additional remotes are identical in appearance to the ones included with the kits. The issue is that none of the extra Remotes can be paired with either relay bit the ones included with the kits work fine with both. Please advise.

receiver not programming for new remotes

Ok. I successfully programmed 4 Tx-134 remotes to my 402U Receiver on my desk before installation. I received 10 additional remotes 2 days later. None of the will program to the receiver. The original 4 still work properly. I used the same procedure to attempt to program the new transmitters. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Sean
