After being in service for a couple of weeks, my kit1 quit working. Now with power, the sig and pwr lights stay lit indefinately, and the unit does not respond to programmed remotes or pressing of button one or two or both. Please advise.

Does the SIG stays lit constantly, or flashes quickly?
Would you please change the power supply to 12vdc adapter (if currently not) and try again?
