Is this v3 bad?

I hav e two of these units and use them once a year in theater. They are maybe 5 years old. I wired this one up this year and no matter what I do I dont get output from the relays. 12vdc power light is on, relay light is on. Com is jumpers to power negative. Neither NC or NO produces 12v. Putting meter ground on power ground is still no joy. Is this how they die?

Hi,
Our relay is voltage free dry contact.
Can you put the meter on buzzer and see if the relay connect/disconnect?
This is a simpler way to check if relay is working fine.
Thanks.

Also a working relay will have a click sound during switch on/off.
Maybe try the other relay to see if the other works.

Ahhhh I thought about it and remembered I made this mistake before. I did not understand what “Voltage free dry contact” meant. No I do. I changed the wiring and it works. I already ordered another one and it’s a V6. I am having a problem with it but will open a fresh topic. This can be closed.
