My mother-in-law has an Allister Type 2A garage door opener that I am using the 202U v6 Kit on. My problem is that this opener is not compatible with the safety sensors that are now required. The house is for sale and is under contract and the home inspector is making an issue about the sensors. Can the 202U v6 be wired to the sensors and open the door if something/someone breaks the photo beam?
I’m afraid 202u doesn’t support safety sensors.
202u only provide trigger signal to your door main controller.
