On Aug 24, I submitted a ticket “202U receiver won’t power up”. That ticket has been closed, so I’m putting this update in this new topic.

If the 202U doesn’t power up when you connect your power leads to the terminal block, but you measure the correct power supply voltage on the terminal block screw heads, you probably put your power leads on the wrong side of the terminal block clamps.

That was my problem. I tightened the power leads into the terminal blocks on the wrong side of the terminal block clamps. That provides continuity to the terminal block screws, but not to the board.
