Help programming remote for smoke machine

Hello,

How do I configure the remote to work? It’s not triggering the machine at the moment so I guess it needs to learn the right signal.

Hello,

For duplicator to work, you will need at least one working original remote to copy the signal (suppose your original remote is same frequency, and is fixed code encoder).

If you lost your old remote, you will need to contact your seller for a new one.
