I have installed per instructions. The relay clicks when remote is depressed but no door movement. Put a meter across no and com and circuit closes correctly. If I touch the wires from door together door works. Am using separate power supply. Please advise.
That’s weird, maybe you can use a shorter wire, and check if wire firmly connected to terminals?
