The topic was automatically closed before I was able to get back to the house with the garage door opener problem.
The suggestion had been to try programming the remote and make sure that the remote was further away from the garage door opener.
I tried having the remote 6 feet and also 10 feet away from the opener. The remote still would only accept programming for one of the four buttons.
Thanks for trying, I will ask our engineer to check the problem.
