I need a bit more range than the internal antenna gives and I see you sell an external antenna. How is this external antenna connected? And when will it be in stock? I am sad to see Amazon is out of stock at this time.

- Just a random pick, not affiliated in any way.
Right now for V4 version and before, it is a bit tricky to replace antenna, because you will need to solder off the original antenna first.
Then you can cut new 433mhz antenna’s connector, there will be 1. core 2. shield. ( like the photo here https://i.stack.imgur.com/wiT4p.png ).
Then you can solder the core to original antenna’s solder point, solder the shield to our receiver module’s ‘GND’ or ‘-’ pin.
It should work once you finished the soldering.
