Hello, I have an indoor electromagnetic door lock with a button at the door and a button at a further location, right now we have the transmitter in the middle of the 2 switches and it works but the far button doesnt work and the close button used to work but now has to be pushed to open the door. How can i wire it so both buttons work and the transmitter?
For this kind of application, you need to wire our relay output in parallel to existing push button.
Long wires can cause issues sometimes, maybe you can move the receiver near one button, use short wires connection, and check if the particular push button works.
Also make sure you use power adapter 12vdc to power our receiver, to avoid possible power supply problems.
