Just received a KIT-1 from Amazon a couple weeks ago, but the ‘C’ button on one of them doesn’t work. Even tried clearing all and re-programming. I hear a mechanical click, but no light or activation.
Otherwise, everything seems to work fine.
Is there something else I need to do before exchanging the transmitter for a new one?

Sorry for the trouble, maybe the metal dome is not well connected to pcb, would you please refer to the following to try if the issue can be fixed first?
First, please open the transmitter, see video below
Then, please try peel off the buttons, (check if there is contamination on button pcb pad), rotate the position and apply again, like video below.
Please note, during the process, make sure your fingers don’t touch button pad.
