received 202U, connected 12v supply, no power led lit, but solid red led on #2 relay at all times. I can send, photo or video by text or email. have purchased item before with no problems. thanks.

Sorry for the trouble, it seems to be a weird issue, since relay #2 led stays on means there is power going to board, then power led should lit (but doesn’t according to your observation).
It’s the first report of this kind of problem, I think maybe the PCB is faulty.
In this case, please just return for full refund (no need to send photo proof).
