I cannot seem to pair my remote to the switches. its powered up and hold the button A or B for a long time but signal never lights up
Can you change to another power supply (such as standard 12vdc power adapter) and try again?
Most weird problems is caused by power supply.
If you tried with another known good power, and still doesn’t light SIG, then it might be defective, in which case please mark it as defective and return for refund.
