I have a 2016 Chevy Suburban with a built in garage door opener transmitter. We have followed the instructions for the car end but the KIT 1 202U will not receive a signal from the car once using the learn button. The receiver we bought through Amazon works fine with the included remote fobs but not the car. Help please.
Yes it is normal behaviour.
Our receiver only works with selected in-car transmitter (aka Homelink) in US market.
Some car models with success is Audi & Tesla Model 3, the models is very limited.
