I have a Genie BlueMax garage door opener. It has successfully Homelinked to both a 2013 and 2009 model year car. However, I am unable to get the keychain remote to program to it. The Genie has dip switches but no learn button. It is newer than 1995. Holding down any of the buttons on the keychain remote gets me quick flashes, but never any solid. I can’t get to the point where it might recognize the original remote signal.

Sorry it seems the Genie you have is a older dip switches model (that made after 1995).
In this case, our C-IC won’t work (because it need a learn button to proceed).
Please just return it to Amazon to get you money back, and check other model (maybe Genie Master remote will work? )
