Just trying to hook this to a wall switch for a garage door opener. When I hit the A button, I hear the relay click, but checking the terminal strip with a meter I see no change. Tried relay 1 and 2, same on both. Seems like it should change for a little bit on the strip. All switches off.
When relay clicks, the NO & COM terminals should connect (they do not carry voltage, just connect & disconnect circuit).
If not working, maybe you can change power supply 12Vdc adapter, and try again.
