1remote takes the program and works perfectly . When program the 2nd remote , the first one quits working . Erased the programming several times and get the same results every time . Am I doing something wrong ?

If still have problem, then I guess there might be something wrong with the receiver’s memory unit.
In that case, please return the unit.

Hi , thanks . I had watched that video and watched it again . I didn’t see programming the second remote in the video . Is it different than the first ? When I programmed the 2nd , it does the slow flash to erase the first, program it again and then the 2nd works but the first remote doesn’t work as it was erased .

Actually our remote’s base programming unit is button (every button is independent).
There are no relations between each remote (one remote should not affect other remote in any way).
After programmed 1st remote, you can first confirm the 1st remote is working, by press button to activate relay.
Then you can put the 1st remote away, and then program the 2nd remote.
If LED flashes slow, it means the button is already programmed, then you need to re-program the button, the LED should flashes quickly, to indicate the successful programming.
Normally, the button only erase/program itself, it should not erase other buttons in any way.
