c_sp-390 won’t work with my garage door opener ACSr3g Genie. opener manual ask remote to press and release when learning. bu the remote instructs to press and hold. Tried both, it does not work.

Sorry for the trouble,

Our C-SP-390 works only with 390Mhz Security+ coding (aka. Liftmaster/Chamberlain red/orange learn button ones).

C(Compatible)-SP(Security Plus)-390(Mhz).

Genie, however, is using their own Intellicode coding (a different coding format), thus not compatible.

If your door is Genie opener, please just visit Amazon returns center to proceed with return & refund.
