Several weeks ago I purchased two replacement remotes C-sp-315. After programming them, they both worked.
several days ago, one of them stopped working. I replaced the battery and it still doesn’t work. I was told
by the place that replaced the battery that the initial battery was good and that the problem is the contacts.
When you press the button the red light comes on sometimes and it doesn’t come on at all. It doesn’t open the
garage.
Do I need a replacement because this remote does not work.
