I have just installed two new 402U wireless receivers, (a week ago) and one is forgetting the remote control approximately every two days. (three times so far in seven days)
I have cleared programming and reset, then altered input voltage from 12v to 15vDC but to no avail.
The receiver is still forgetting the remote control.

If the same remote works fine on the other receiver, then the receiver might be defective.

Yes the remote is working fine with the other receiver.
