I just bough the 202U and set it up. I can not program either transmitters. The lights on the transmitters are solid when the buttons are pressed and I deleted all codes in the receiver. I press the program button and the SIG led lights up, press the button on the desired transmitter and hold it. The SIG led will go out after a few minutes but the transmitter is not programed. The SIG led never flashes.
Maybe you can try use another 12vdc power adapter to power the receiver.
If still not working, it might be defective, you can return the unit.
