202u not opening garage door

Hi. I wired the 202 for a garage door remote. Used the N/O switch and the com. It is getting power and switching when I hit the remote. It is not opening the garage door. If I bypass the 202U and touch the wires together the door will go up and down. What am I doing wrong?
Output from my connection is 12v .

Please try use another 12v power adapter to power our 202U receiver, sometimes, it is power problem.
