202u has input power but no power coming out of box no matter which relay

I have 14v coming in but 0v coming out. None of the terminals put out anything. Doesnt matter if its relay one or two

Power on, relays click, but no output power at relay

I’m using the following power supply to power this unit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IOK5FM0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I have adjusted the PS to supply voltage at exactly 24V, which is within the tolerance of input for this receiver. I have paired the remote and can activate the relays, but when I use a multimeter to test for output voltage between COM and N/O (and N/C just to be certain) I get 0 volts. Did I get a defective unit?
