I use the two relays to turn on isolation relays to control two loads. Relay one works correctly. Relay two turns on but will not turn off when I press the same program again. I have to power down module to turn relay two off. The whole process starts over when I retry.

Maybe it is a working mode problem, in that case, you can check the dip switches settings (e.g. does the dip switches tab stuck in the middle, not on or off).
Or you can try reset all settings, see below.
If it still doesn’t work, you can visit Amazon returns center to see if the item is eligible for return.
