202U for Boat Ramp

I was talking with William about issues with the 2 channel receiver 202U that i bought off of Amazon on Oct. 5/6.
I just recently returned from the cottage and brought back the defective product and tried to return it via Amazon to get a replacement. They say i have exceeded the 30 day return policy. I could not return it within 30 days because it was at my cottage and i am only there sporadically.
Can you accept the return of the defective product so i can get a replacement?
