I would like to use the 202U remote switch to be able to turn on/off a directly wired to car battery 800W heater to defrost my windows in the winter so I don’t have to go outside until car is ready, would the 202U be appropriate for that application? I believe from reading other posts that this will require an external relay, but I am not an electrician. Can you provide a schematic or description on how to do this as well as what would be the proper relay to use? Thank you!
I think a wireless power outlet will work better for your application.
