Hi I cannot get any signal with either included remote any further than 2 inches away from the board. I see someone else had a similar problem in the past. Any ideas?
If the receiver (using 12vdc power adapter) shows same short range in multiple locations, using different remotes, then it is likely defective.
One other reason could be low remote battery, if the remote control led turns dim and flashes very quickly, then you might need to replace battery.
